You have the right to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including name, email, phone number, SMS subscription records, marketing list entries, IP address, and analytics cookies.

Send an email to team@americazbackyard.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the email address you registered with. We will:

• Acknowledge your request within 48 hours
• Complete deletion within 30 days
• Confirm via email when deletion is complete

Ticket purchase records are retained for accounting and tax purposes (legally required, typically 7 years). Anonymized aggregate analytics cannot be tied back to you and are not deleted individually.

You can also revoke our access to your Meta data directly:

• Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → Americaz Backyard → Remove
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → Americaz Backyard → Remove
