Americaz Backyard LLC operates an SMS messaging program through Americaz Backyard. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of ticket purchase, event attendance, or any other service we provide.

What we send: If you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Americaz Backyard. Messages may include event announcements, ticket confirmations, venue changes, schedule updates, promotional offers, and discount codes. Message frequency varies (approximately 4 messages per month).

How to opt in: You must actively check the SMS consent box on our website signup form. This checkbox is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the SMS box does not enroll you in text messaging.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message at any time to cancel. You may also opt out by emailing team@americazbackyard.com. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Data sharing: Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We may share this data only with service providers that operate our SMS program (such as our SMS platform provider, Telnyx) and as required by law. We do not receive personally identifiable information about you from Meta beyond what is necessary to deliver ad performance reports. You can request deletion of personal data we hold about you by following the instructions at /data-deletion.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We may share data with payment processors for ticket purchases, event platforms, our SMS provider Telnyx, and legal authorities if required by law. Any third-party processors are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

SMS opt-in consent records are retained for a minimum of 4 years for regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your data at any time by following the instructions in the Your Rights section.
